The NEW Masterplans

In the July edition of North Weald Village Life, we explained what the different plans are and how they influence the new developments proposed for North Weald Bassett. Over the coming months, you will hear a lot more about ‘Masterplans’ – plans created by developers, involving many different local community groups and organisations including local residents, which require final approval from EFDC.
